Refund policy

1. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving it, without providing any reason.

After cancelling your order, you have an additional 30 days to return the product. You will then receive a full refund of the order amount, including any standard shipping costs.

The direct costs of returning the goods from your address to Padijo are at your own expense, unless otherwise agreed.

2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a refund, the item must:

  • Be in the same condition as received
  • Be unworn and unused
  • Include all original labels and tags
  • Be returned in its original packaging
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order number

If the product shows damage or signs of use beyond what is necessary to assess its nature, characteristics, and functioning, we may apply a reduction in value.

Items returned without prior notification may be refused.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

If the item is damaged, defective, or you have received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours at info@padijo.com, including clear photos of the issue.

In such cases, we will provide an appropriate solution, such as replacement or refund.


4. Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items)

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Hygiene or personal care products where the seal has been broken
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us in advance.


5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return the original product and place a new order once your return has been accepted.


6. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you by email whether the refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • The refund will be issued within 14 business days using the original payment method
  • It may take several additional days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund

7. European Consumer Law

For orders within the European Union, the statutory right of withdrawal applies in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.
